Computer Room Air Conditioner

The CRAC helps maintain the level of temperature and humidity inside your data center. Our high precision air conditioners can be used in places where closed loop control and precision temperature and humidity control are required. Our precision AC units can provide up to 140kW cooling capacity with direct expansion and up to 233kW with chilled water.

On-Rack

The OnRack is placed between the IT racks, where it blows the cold air to the front of the rack. It has around 20% additional depth than the IT rack so that it consumes the heat output directly. It is used for high density cooling applications.

In-Rack / In-Row

The In-Rack is placed inside the IT rack, where it draws the hot air from the rear of the cabinet and blows the cool air to the front side of the cabinet, to be consumed by the servers. Our InRack units can go up to 30kW cooling capacity and are used for medium density cooling applications.

ACSC offers efficient air containment solutions to separate hot and cold air in the data center; such a separation is pivotal to increasing the efficiency of climate control technology. It may be used as a hot or cold aisle containment.


Cold Air Containment

The cold air containment encloses the cold air that penetrates from the perforated tiles between the racks, preventing it from being mixed with the hot air.

Hot Air Containment

The hot air containment functions similar to the cold air containment but encloses the hot air coming from the exhaust of the racks. This contained air will be consumed by the cooling system to be cooled down and then to be supplied back to the racks intake.

ACSC provides site preparation works, including all civil and architectural modifications, such as demolition and building works, in order to prepare the site as per the international standards. ACSC also can provide Heat, Sound and Water insulation work, painting work, and floor leveling with epoxy for your data center.


Raised Floor

Raised floor is recommended to be used inside data centers and commercial facilities. ACSC provides high quality chipboard and calcium sulphate raised floor system.

Fire Rated Doors

ACSC offers up to 4-hour fire rated doors, tested according to BS1245, and available for any configuration and size. Acoustic (sound insulation) fire rated doors are also available.

ACSC has a special solution for small and medium businesses, where space is limited. The data center All in One Cabinet is a solution that contains the cooling system, UPS, distribution, and security systems in a single cabinet, leaving space for the IT equipment.
